Please be our guest and join us at our annual opening Gala for the 2012 Designer Show House on Thursday April 12th. We also offer group tours of 10 or more on thursdays begining April 19th.

This is our annual fundraiser for Middletown Main Street's matching grant program. This program is used to help property & business owners rehabilitate their historic properties as we continue to work on the revitalization of historic downtown Middletown and to promote  our community events held downtown throughout the year.

Join us on Thursday April 12th from 6-10pm as we celebrate the hard work our 2012 Designers have put into bringing this house alive from an updated kitchen byMoore's Cabinet Refinishing to walls with faux finshes by Mather & Smith Designs, Shabby Chic' Painting & Decors and Pigment of your Imagination.You will see floors by Bob Wagner's Flooring America and beautiful tile work by Creative Ceramics, you will meet the designers and you can ask them how they got their inspiration.

Entertainment will be provided by: Sean Reilly aka "Frank Sinatra" & DJ Jammin' Jeff. Some of the top caterers and bakers from the Middletown area will be serving appetizers and desserts. Immediato's Bistro, Middletown Seafood, E's on Main, Chesapeake Inn, Sweet Melissa, Cantwell's Tavern, Frog Hollow Golf Club, Back Creek Golf Club, 1861 Restaurant, Young's Bar-B-Que and Dogtown.

Make a Memory Event Planning will transform this outside venue into a gorgeous party room, along with floral arrangements by Elana's Broad Street Florist. Make a Memory Photo Boothwill be on hand to capture the memories of your evening

The Gala is a tented event outside, with cash bar and silent auction items donated by our designers and local businesses.

This year's house is located at 206 S. Broad St. It is a three story Victorian style home built in 1880. Designers will transform 17 areas in the home including 7 bedrooms, 2 parlors and a sun porch.

The house and gardens will be open on Thursdays to accommodate group tours followed by a social time. The dates available are Thursdays April 19, April 26, May 3, May 10 and May 17.

Gather your group and make reservations to attend this delightful event. Groups of 10 or more are welcome. Reservations are required with advance ticket purchase to facilitate seating and refreshments for everyone in your group at your preferred house tour.

Proceeds from this event benefit Middletown Main Street Inc., a non-profit volunteer driven organization dedicated to the revitalization of our downtown historic district. You can email me or call me with your group's choice of date and time and we will reserve the spot for you,
