Middletown Main Street, Inc. is a nonprofit volunteer driven organization dedicated to the successful revitalization of downtown Middletown as a cultural and retail destination.

Corporate Buddy - $3,000 & up

Name & logo of corporation and/or individual to be listed as our corporate buddy on all Middletown Main Street’s promotional and marketing materials related to the Middletown Main Street program and its events and activities. Promotional and marketing materials include, but are not limited to, all brochures, posters, fliers, newsletters, reports, press releases, matching grant program literature and signage, reports, manuals, special events, paid advertising, workshops and community outreach projects.

Preservation Partner - $1,000 & up

Name & logo of corporation and/or individual to be listed as a preservation partner on Middletown Main Street’s organization brochure as well as promotional and marketing materials and signage related to the Middletown Main Street’s design assistance programs and activities. (spring fundraiser project: Designer Showcase House) Promotional and marketing materials include, but are not limited to all brochures, posters, guidelines, fliers, workshops, correspondence, events and signage related to the Sign & Awning Matching Grant Program and the Façade Enhancement Matching Grant Program. Name & logo of corporations and/or individual to appear as preservation partner on window signage recognizing business and/or property as recipient of a matching grant award.

Event Sponsor - $500 per event

Name & logo of corporation and/or individual to be listed as an event sponsor on all Middletown Main Street’s promotional and marketing materials as related to one specific Middletown Main Street event. Promotional and marketing materials include, but are not limited to, posters, fliers, newsletters, press releases and paid advertising, as related to one particular special event.

Hometown Partner - $350 per brochure printing

Name & logo of corporation and/or individual to be listed accompanied by the words “printing of brochure made possible by” on the particular Middletown Main Street Promotional and marketing brochure chosen by the corporation and/or individual. Brochure choices: Positively Middletown (our organization) brochure, Design Assistance brochure, Special events posters and maps & event sponsor posters and maps.
